Philippine payroll · Graphing Your Pay

Net pay, drawn as a T.

A payslip generator for small teams and the self-employed. Timesheet hours in. Government shares computed. The slip is a graph — gross, deductions, and gold for what remains.

How a T-Graph reads

One rectangle. Two stacks. One gold answer.

Left stack

Gross earnings in royal blue — every earning occupies height in proportion to pesos.

Right stack

Government deductions in charcoal — SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, tax, union dues.

Gold tile

Net Pay = Total Earnings − Total Deductions. The only gold on the slip.

Graph it

A payslip you can see — not a table you decode.

T-Graph is a new way to read pay. Gross stacks on the left in royal blue. Government deductions stack on the right in charcoal. Gold is Net Pay. Every tile’s height is the pesos. Small teams and the self-employed print a 1080×1920 slip that fits a phone.

From timesheet

Hours in. SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG computed.

Start with the timesheet — hours worked, overtime, holiday, rest day. Rates follow. Contributions lock from the monthly rate at none, half, or full for the period. Enough government compliance to run a small crew or pay yourself as a sole proprietor.

When you grow

Workspace when you need masters and an employee portal.

The generator stands alone — no sign-in. Open a company file when you want two or three payroll masters, posted periods, and slips your people can open themselves.
